Â鶹´«Ã½ Welcomes State Legislators and Other Government Officials for 14th Annual Event

TAMPA, Fla. (Dec. 12, 2022) - As the Â鶹´«Ã½ (Â鶹´«Ã½) kicks off its 2022 Fall National Meeting, the organization is welcoming over 20 state officials for its 14th Annual State Legislator and Government Official Program, which will take place on Monday, December 12, through Wednesday, December 14.

Invited by their state departments of insurance, the legislators and officials will participate in sessions specifically designed to foster critical relationships, provide more information on the state-based insurance regulatory system, encourage discussion on regulatory and policy developments, and offer an overview of the many services the Â鶹´«Ã½ offers to the states.

On Tuesday, participating commissioners and state legislators will engage in an open dialogue on timely insurance issues, followed by a series of informational breakout sessions covering the role of the Â鶹´«Ã½ and its current priorities and initiatives. The program will conclude at a Wednesday morning breakfast hosted by the Â鶹´«Ã½'s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Council.
